A Protection Annual Plan includes:

I. An annual tune-up of all the equipment covered under the plan

Your home's furnace and air conditioning systems are mechanical devices - just like your vehicle's engine. And like all mechanical systems, this equipment requires regular maintenance and tune-ups.

An Annual Service call, focused on ensuring:

• Best performance: A furnace tune-up improves energy efficiency by as much as 15%.
• Pre-emptive repairs: Small problems will be identified and fixed at the spot. You would have a stable system that's less likely to break down unexpectedly.
• Safety checks: for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, combustion and exhaust gases.
  
• Annual tune-ups are performed between February and August of each year.
  

II. Free Repairs - 365-day protection on parts and labour. (all the operating parts of the equipment covered under the Plan)

III. Priority service

Protection Plan customers move to the front of the line for repairs.

IV. 7/24 Hour Contact

V. No inspection or pre-enrollment
The benefit of this plan that you won't have to pay for a service call to ensure your system is working at optimal performance before you start paying for your plan.

VI. No deductible or after-hours service charges
